April 22 The Gilded Age opens at the CALIFORNIA THEATRE in San Francisco. Script by G. B. Densmore.
Sept. 16 The Gilded Age opens at the PARK THEATRE in New York with Mark Twain script.

1875
Jan. 9 The Gilded Age closes in New York after 119 performances.
Jan. 10 The Gilded Age hits the touring circuit. Toronto first (?).
Jan. Colonel Sellers plays two nights in Hartford, Connecticut.
Jan. 18 Begins one week run at the BROOKLYN THEATRE.
Jan. 30 Begins one week run at the New Orleans VARIETIES THEATRE.
Jan. 10-March 19 Tour included Baltimore, Washington, Cincinnati, St. Louis, Chicago and
smaller towns in between.
April 19 Starts run at Boston's GLOBE THEATRE.
Aug. 16-Oct. 2 UNION SQUARE THEATRE in New York. Wm. Gillette makes his New York debut.
